- Basmati rice 2 cups
- Carrot chopped 1 cup
- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Long beans 1 cup
- Cabbage chopped 1 cup
- Capsicum chopped 1 cup
- Green peas 1 cup
- Spring onion 1 bunch
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1/2 tsp
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chili peppers chopped 10
- START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt (to add as needed)
Preparation:
- Wash rice and soak in a water for 30 min.
- Cook rice halfly and drain out water and keep aside.
- Cut all vegetables and boil.
- In a pan heat oil and add chopped green chili pieces and ginger pieces.
- Add boiled vegetables and fry for 2-3 min.
- Then add rice and mix well.
- Now add START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
- Mix well and garnish with chopped spring onions.
