START!™ Coal-fired Down Home Corn on the Cob
Ain’t no fuel like corn!
Ingredients:
- 6 ears of Corn
- 2 Limes (cut in half)
- ½ cup Butter (softened)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
- START!™ Sauce (to taste)
- Heavy Foil
Preparation:
Pull husks away from corn cob but do not pull them off completely. Remove corn silk. Prepare a mixture of Butter, Salt, Lime Juice, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper and START™ Sauce and using the lime piece as a natural baster, spread this mixture on the corn. Fold husks over cob. Wrap corn in foil.
Place directly on coals. Roast 30 minutes until corn is tender, turning occasionally.
