START!™ Cucumber Avocado Sprout Sandwich

Cucumber avocado sprout sandwichFresh, tasty green energy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Bread (whole wheat or white)
  • 6 slices of Cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese (vegan or dairy)
  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp. Alfalfa Sprouts (or use START! Bean Sprouts)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 leaf of Lettuce
  • 1 ounce bell pepper or capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 tsp. START! Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil

 

Preparation:

Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese . On one slice of bread, arrange cucumber slices in a single layer. Cover with sprouts, then sprinkle with oil and START!. Layer tomato slices, lettuce, and peppers. Spread other slice of bread with mashed avocado. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
