Egg and cheese omelette using START! Original Hot Curry Sauce -


  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Cheese 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 – chopped
  • Celery 1(optional) – chopped
  • Black pepper 4-5 shakes from shaker
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce 1 Tsp


  • Whisk eggs and milk finely until they start to foam.
  • Heat non stick pan and grease with oil.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  • Cover the pan and cook omelette on medium flame for 2-3 min.
  • Flip the omelette.
  • Spread some oil.
  • Now sprinkle cheese,chopped tomato, celery, and crushed black pepper on one half side of the omelette.
  • Add 1 Tsp START!™ Original Hot Curry Sauce evenly across the top of the sprinkled vegetables.
  • Fold omelette in a half with spatula.
  • Press the omelette with spatula.
  • Cook omelette another for a minute.
  • Cheese and tomato omelette is ready.

Makes 1 serving. Repeat steps or multiply ingredients as needed for further servings. To spice up even further, more START!™ may be added as a condiment on top of the omelette.
