  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable stock, or your choice of chicken (or substitute) stock or Prawn stock
  • 2 Tbsp thinly sliced lemon grass
  • 1 Tbsp Thai ginger
  • (optional) 4-5 pieces medium sized fresh prawns
  • START!™ Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Broccoli and baby corn (optional)
  • 3- 4 pieces of mushrooms
  • 5-6 Thai whole chillies
  • 8-10 kafir lime leaves
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • (optional) Extra-firm tofu, drained and cubed 10 oz
